Sailing and regattas - YCMN Dunkirk With its Sailing section, the North Sea Yacht Club is bringing excitement to the coastline! Between outings in habitable sailing boats and regattas open to all, from beginners to old sea dogs, the club brings a sporting wind where technical challenges, mutual support on deck and good humor on the water come together. Affiliated with the French Sailing Federation, the YCMN participates in major local nautical events and sails hand in hand with neighboring clubs on the Dunkirk coast. Access by sea After passing through the entrance channel, which happens to be the most convenient in strong breeze of all the ports between Boulogne and Zeebrugge, head into the Southeast channel. The North Sea Yacht Club, with its floating pontoons , is located to starboard at the back of the basin. Advantage : the YCMN offers excellent shelter, especially in case of bad weather from the West to Southwest. A visitor pontoon with all amenities welcomes you all year round.

Members mainly practice coastal fishing from motorboats, favouring areas near Dunkirk and suitable for the tides.
